For most of us, well-being and relaxation are ideal concepts, which we experience occasionally, maybe sometimes on vacation or when we „finish” the tasks that we schedule daily.
What would it be like if you had the opportunity to bring relaxation and well-being into your life with some simple tools?
What if in a few days you could learn techniques to help you regulate your nervous system in such a way that you feel well even in the most difficult moments of life?
I invite you to spend a few days of yoga vacation to experience through practice what yoga truly means as a lifestyle.
We are all spiritual beings in a physical body, experiencing life. For most of us, however, this journey has become a difficult one, with many obstacles caused by stress, emotions and negative thoughts. The good news is that things do not have to stay like this and that we can live life with joy, awakening the wisdom of the soul and our positive nature from within.
For any change, perseverance is needed in creating new habits. To gain this perseverance in yoga practice, we need the correct understanding of how yoga can help us overcome obstacles. Whether it is stress, physical or mental illness, with the right practice we have the chance to heal ourselves.

I have been a Nirvana Yoga teacher since 2019 and the practice of Nirvana Yoga appeared in my life on my journey of searching for a deeper meaning in life.
For me, Yoga means more than physical postures, being a commitment, a daily discipline and a way to connect to deeper levels of my being.
Nirvana Yoga is a passion that supports my daily desire to live healthy, peaceful, in goodness.

I started my Nirvana Yoga journey in 2015, out of a desire to find a balance between my personal and professional life.
Meanwhile, it has been 6 years since I have been teaching and studying Nirvana Yoga and since I have been going to the Institute in India annually for various specializations. Between November 1, 2022 and April 12, 2023, I came to India again for the most advanced training course so far: 6 months of Nirvana Yoga practice and study.
